The Bestine City-State Alliance was an Alliance of self intrest and cooperation between the Cities of Bestine, WayFar, and Anchorhead.
History
After the Bestine revolution shifted power to the people of Bestine and the City-Senate was convened, Bestine sent envoys to their classic allies Warfar and Anchorhead. The purpose of this reach was to create a mutually benefitting contract between the three cities to ensure safe conduct, defense, and free trade.

Description
the Bestine City-State Alliance cemented permanant ties between the 3 cities, setting up a mutual defense pact, expanding the Bestine constitution to cover the people of all three cities, and allowing for free trade between all three cities. The final Senate count was also written into law, determining the composition of the Senate. The Alliance papers were later amended to set Anchorhead up as a freeflow cultural exchange port between the Bestine Alliance and the Tatooine United Coalition. The Bestine Alliance retains the right to revoke all agreements on Anchorhead at anytime.
